Q: Which size is suitable for me?
A: Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide. Please measure your duvet, pillow, or space before choosing a size. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our Customer Service team for assistance. We also accept custom sizing requests.
Q: Can I add extra flat sheets to a bedding set?
A: Absolutely! We offer both solid color and printed flat sheets that match our duvet covers.
Here are our current prices:
- Twin: $17
- Full: $22
- Queen: $26
- King: $29
- Cal King: $35
Q: Can I customize a product?
A: Yes, we offer custom design and sizing for most items including duvet covers, pillowcases, wall art, blankets, cushion covers, beach towels, and more. Contact our Customer Service team to request customization.
Q: Are your products true to size?
A: We do our best to ensure accuracy, but minor differences (0.5–1.5" / 1.2–3.5 cm) can occur due to material properties or production factors. Canvas wall art may have size variations up to 2–4" in length due to the materials used.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we may not be able to stop shipment. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept:

- PayPal
We do not accept checks, money orders, or Google Checkout at this time.
Q: When will I be charged for my order?
A: Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed.
Q: Why is there a pending charge even though my order didn’t go through?
A: This is usually due to multiple clicks on the "Submit" button, creating temporary authorizations. These pending holds typically disappear within 3–5 business days (or up to 30 days for PayPal). Please check that your billing address matches your card info exactly.

Q: How can I get a discount code?
A: We regularly run promotions. Any active coupon codes will be displayed in the banner at the top of our homepage.
Q: Can I get a better discount?
A: Our pricing already includes the best possible value while maintaining quality. If a discount code is available, it will be listed during checkout. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: What is your processing time?
A: As our products are made-to-order, we require 3–5 business days to process each order.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: After processing, your package will ship within 1–3 business days. If you have an urgent request, please leave a note during checkout or email us directly at [email protected].
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays or in remote areas.
Q: Why do Russian customers need to enter passport details?
A: Russian customs regulations require passport information for international shipments. This data is securely handled and never shared with third parties.
Q: I live in Brazil, Mexico, or Chile—why is my package delayed?
A: Postal services in these countries may experience delays. If your tracking shows the parcel has arrived locally, we recommend waiting up to 2 additional weeks before contacting us.

Q: I’m not satisfied with my item. What can I do?
A: We're here to help! If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team. We’ll work with you to find a solution that meets your expectations.
Q: What is your return period?
A: You can return any item within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued once we confirm receipt of your return package.
Q: What do I need to provide for a refund?
A: Please provide the following:

- Item Code
- Registered Email Address
- A copy/photo of the Package Slip
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 24 hours after approval.
